1. Eligibility

To utilize USMLEInkspire's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a medical student or graduate with the intention of applying for USMLE or ERAS.
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Nature of Services

USMLEInkspire offers advisory support such as:

• Document reviews (CV, Personal Statement, Research edits)
• Interview coaching sessions
• ERAS strategy guidance
• Coordination of clinical observerships

We are not a residency program, visa sponsor, or employer. Services do not guarantee placement or employment.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Use services lawfully and ethically
• Respect our intellectual property
• Communicate honestly with our mentors and platform

4. Mentor Conduct

• Mentors sign confidentiality agreements
• They commit to timely, ethical service delivery
• Mentors are not liable for application outcomes

5. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is due upfront unless stated otherwise
• No refunds once service has started unless non-delivery occurs
• Missed appointments without 24-hour notice are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, logos, documents, and materials are owned by USMLEInkspire. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for your match result or interview outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party policy changes (e.g., AAMC, NRMP)
• Use of our services is at your own risk

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold USMLEInkspire and its team harmless against any claims resulting from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior will not be tolerated

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court unless stated otherwise by international regulation.
